One cup raw pumpkin seeds
Four cups water
One and a half teaspoon raw honey
One fourth teaspoon pink salt
Place the dry seeds in a bowl with water. Soak this in your refrigerator overnight. The next day, drain the seeds and transfer to a blender. Add fresh water, honey, and salt and blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into a fine mesh sieve and strain.
Twelve ounces Pumpkin Milk
One teaspoon rose water
Two teapsoons lucuma powder
One teaspoon Beauty Dust
One teaspoon ghee or coconut oil
One tablespoon Tocotrienols
Warm your pumpkin milk in a saucepan over low heat but don’t allow it to simmer. Once warmed, pour the pumpkin milk into a blender. Add all the ingredients but the tocotrienols and blend until it’s nice and frothy. Serve with the tocotrienols on top.
